As the market focus article starting on page 13 of the May/June issue says, the sun has set over the western states, much like it has all over the USA and indeed most of the world. That’s what makes this recession so unique and difficult to come to terms with: it’s almost ubiquitous. |

The qualifications of inspectors and the frequency of inspections seem to be the most difficult ones to tackle. |
