Street Crane US is nearing completion of its operational move from Charleston to Greenville, South Carolina.
The final shipments are underway, signalling the end of the relocation process.
Company officials stated that this move aims to enhance support for dealers and customers by increasing available inventory, reducing lead times and allowing for local assembly in the new location.
The decision to relocate is intended to help Street Crane US expand alongside its partners and maintain consistent service levels.
Representatives noted that the Greenville facility will enhance responsiveness to dealer needs and strengthen relationships across its distribution network.
The company said: “After months of planning and execution, we’re in the final stretch of our move from Charleston to Greenville, SC.
“The last trailers are on the road, marking the near completion of a major step forward for Street Crane US.
“Greenville positions us to scale with our partners and continue delivering the service and support they expect.”
Street Crane manufactures hoists and crane components at its own facilities, retaining control over the design and engineering of its equipment.
The company operates through a select group of authorised dealers rather than selling widely, a strategy aimed at supporting dealer competitiveness and minimising direct competition among distributors.
All equipment under the Street Crane brand results from in-house engineering processes, with products designed specifically for industrial use cases.
Company sources highlight that Street Crane’s approach seeks to ensure equipment reliability and ease of servicing for end-users.
Established as a supplier to industrial markets, the company continues to focus on maintaining product quality standards through internal design and controlled distribution channels.
