Big G Steel has completed the installation of a freestanding runway system for an undisclosed client in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The project included the addition of overhead and jib cranes, which aim to provide consistent material handling capabilities at the facility.

The company said: “This install included a freestanding runway system, two overhead cranes, and four floor mounted jib cranes, installed with precision and quality to provide the customer with reliable performance.”

Big G Steel is headquartered in Greenville, Texas, with further offices in Houston and Denver.

The company operates throughout the US, delivering installation, modification, and servicing of overhead cranes and material handling systems.

Established as a family-owned enterprise, Big G Steel has grown its workforce and expanded its range of projects over several decades.

The company maintains a focus on reliable workmanship and adherence to safety standards for all its clients nationwide.

With more than 30 years in the market, Big G Steel continues to specialise in crane and material handling system solutions.

Last week, Big G Steel teams worked continuously to assist a longstanding client in the steel sector by upgrading the mainline power system, which is essential to maintaining crane operations and overall facility productivity.

In March, the company finished installing two 40t overhead cranes at a facility in northern Louisiana, with each crane spanning 122ft.

This project built on multiple previous crane system installations carried out by the company at the same site.
