US-based Crane 1 Services has completed the installation of a 30t crane system and runway for an unnamed client.

The project began with structured planning to meet client specifications, including coordination of logistics, payment arrangements, labour allocation, and materials sourcing, said the company.

Fabrication took place at the company’s manufacturing facility, followed by on-site assembly and commissioning managed by Crane 1’s local branch team.

The installation was delivered within the agreed timeframe.

The project was a full turnkey crane installation which was carried out by Crane 1.

The company said: “From concept to completion, this project showcases what a true turnkey crane installation looks like at Crane 1.

“It began with detailed planning and coordination—aligning customer requirements, freight and payment terms, labour hours, materials, equipment rentals, and production support. From there, our production facility handled fabrication, while our branch team executed on-site installation and commissioning.

“Projects like this reflect the strength of our One Team approach and our ability to design, build, and deliver heavy-capacity systems safely and reliably.”

Crane 1 Services offers a range of support for overhead cranes and hoists, providing safety inspections, preventive maintenance, planned repairs, equipment upgrades, engineering solutions, and operator training.

The company bases its operations on employee and customer engagement while prioritising workplace safety across all projects.

In October this year, the company installed a 60,000lb hoist as part of a larger crane installation project at a facility specialising in advanced manufacturing and clean technology.

In August 2024, Crane 1 acquired Standard Crane & Hoist, which operates eight sites throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.
