CraneWerks has replaced two 60ft top-running double girder cranes with new equipment for an undisclosed client in Wisconsin.

Each crane had a capacity of 10t. The company’s team managed the removal and installation within a limited workspace, allowing on-site production to continue with minimal disruption.

The project involved taking out two existing cranes, which were no longer in operational condition.

CraneWerks installed the new units in their place, completing the work as planned in a confined area.

The company reported that careful preparation and coordination contributed to the successful outcome.

CraneWerks Strategic Solutions & Key Accounts director Matthew Fuller said: “Great work by the CraneWerks Inc. team on this one.”

CraneWerks has been operating since 1997, providing overhead cranes, industrial cranes, and material handling products across the US.

It delivers its equipment through a dealer-only network, which enables local businesses to access installation services and components at reduced rates.

The model allows independent dealers to extend their service offerings by working with CraneWerks for sales and operational support where required.

CraneWerks manufactures cranes and fabricates equipment in-house.

Last week, the company sent six top-running double-girder bridge cranes and a top-running single-girder system to a client in South Dakota. The installation is expected to take slightly more than two weeks.

Work will include fitting the runway rail, installing electrification systems, positioning six bridge units, assembling a complete crane system, and setting up a jib crane.

Last month, CraneWerks installed a 95ft, 35t box girder crane for another client.
