US-based lifting solutions provider Kito Crosby has expanded its Harrington TCK Air Hoist range by adding two new models with lifting capacities of 10 and 25 tons.

The new hoists are said to be engineered for durability and high efficiency, targeting mining and petrochemical industries, which require routine lifting of heavy materials.

They are designed with a cast iron body, corrosion-resistant load chains, and a powder-coated finish to withstand harsh conditions.

Kito Crosby’s new models feature an unlimited duty cycle for continuous use, supported by a rotary vane motor rated M4 for the 10-ton and M3 for the 25-ton models.

Key safety elements include an adjustable overload limiter, mechanical limit switches, a fail-safe automatic disc brake, and an emergency stop pendant.

Kito Crosby said: “Built for low maintenance and high performance, these models deliver the power and reliability required for lifting extremely heavy materials in the most demanding environments.”

Earlier this year, Kito Crosby introduced the Harrington MCE Air Powered Trolleys to complement its spark-resistant TCE-IIB air-powered hoists.

The combined system, known as the TCEM-IIB trolley hoist, offers a complete solution for lifting in explosive environments, in line with European safety standards.

Last month, Kito Crosby started distributing eepos brand products in the US, Mexico, and South America through Harrington’s sales network.

The partnership leverages Harrington’s market reach with eepos’s modular aluminium crane systems, expanding options for material handling solutions.

The eepos One Light Crane Systems, supporting loads up to two tons and spans up to 11m, feature customisation for different operational needs.
