US-based Level Crane Systems has completed the installation of a comprehensive crane system to support a manufacturer’s relocation into a larger facility.

The project incorporated both new overhead crane equipment and integration of the company’s existing assets, alongside modernisation and controls upgrades.

This approach enabled the manufacturer to begin operations without delay or interruption immediately after moving into the new premises.

Level Crane Systems oversaw all aspects of the material handling solution, providing full relocation support and delivering a turnkey system.

The completed installation allowed for production activities to commence from the outset in the newly acquired space.

The company said: “We recently completed a full crane system project supporting a manufacturer’s relocation to a larger facility.

“Rather than starting from scratch, we combined their existing crane assets with new overhead crane systems and performed key modernisations.”

Level Crane Systems is based in Southern California but manages crane system installations across the US.

Established in 2001, the company focuses on custom overhead bridge crane projects, providing engineering expertise from its headquarters.

The firm’s engineers design crane systems tailored to individual requirements such as load capacity, span measurements, lifting height, and operational workflow.

After project completion and operator training, clients maintain service flexibility with maintenance options that include in-house teams, local providers, or approved partners.

In April 2025, Level Crane Systems finished a bridge crane project designed to support injection mould handling processes.

The freestanding system included two 5t bridge cranes operating on a shared structural framework.
