US-based lifting solutions provider MTC Crane has introduced the 3-phase electric hoist, designed to meet the needs of heavy-duty lifting in industrial settings.
The new electric hoist is tailored for use in construction, manufacturing, mining, and warehouse sectors, providing a reliable solution for managing heavy loads.
The new solution is engineered to deliver robust performance with high lifting speeds and a capacity of up to three tons. It incorporates safety features such as overload protection and electromagnetic braking, ensuring secure operations.
The hoist is versatile, suitable for integration with overhead cranes, gantry cranes, or as a standalone setup in workshops. Additionally, it is compatible with MTC Crane’s radio controls and beam clamps, facilitating precise handling.
In addition to the 3-phase electric hoist, MTC Crane offers a ½-ton electric chain hoist. This model supports a 1,000lb capacity and a 20ft lift height, operating on 480V, 3-phase power.
It features dual-speed VFD control for smooth lifts and an emergency stop pendant for safety. Constructed with a Grade 80 load chain and a durable motor, this hoist is built for longevity and reliability.
