US-based Noble Crane Service and Rigging has completed the installation of a PWI brand freestanding crane system for a local maintenance facility.

The new system offers an independent lifting solution that does not rely on the existing building structure for overhead support.

This approach allows for material handling without requiring any modifications to the facility itself.

The installation process included layout planning, rigging, assembly, and a series of operational tests.

Noble Crane Service and Rigging’s team managed each stage of the project to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety standards.

Freestanding crane systems are often implemented in environments where the building cannot support traditional overhead cranes, providing flexibility on both maintenance shop floors and production lines.

The company said: “Our team recently completed the installation of a new PWI freestanding crane system, delivering a flexible lifting solution designed to improve workflow, safety, and efficiency in the maintenance shop or in the production floor.”

Noble Crane and Rigging began operations in 2023 as an independently owned provider of maintenance services for industrial overhead crane and rigging equipment.

The company’s staff have over four decades of combined industry experience.

Noble Crane and Rigging states its primary focus is on maintaining safety standards and delivering efficient service in line with industry requirements.

Headquartered locally, the company highlights its commitment to adherence to regulatory guidelines, including OSHA compliance.

Noble Crane and Rigging also reported ongoing investment in employee training and technological resources to maintain service standards within the sector.
