US-based ProservCrane Group has completed the shipment of a 35t crane, delivered in two separate parts due to the dimensions of the structure.

To overcome transit constraints, the crane was split into two sections for delivery.

According to the company, the shipment reflects the coordinated efforts of a substantial operational team.

ProservCrane Group highlighted a process that begins with drafting and extends through manufacturing and shipping.

The company described the shipment as an example of the many steps and different teams involved in delivering large-scale projects.

The firm said: “A great week with great work to show for it. This week, we shipped a 35t crane in two parts due to the size.

“These large structures always have a large team behind them. From drafting, to manufacturing, to shipping, there are many hands behind everything we do.”

ProservCrane Group operates in the material-handling sector, with its management team averaging more than 35 years of industry experience.

The company said its technicians and staff receive factory training to address a range of operational requirements, reflecting its focus on client service.

The company’s service range includes the design, fabrication, delivery, installation, field service, inspection, and parts provision for lifting equipment and systems.

ProservCrane states that all these functions are integrated within a single organisational structure, managed by experienced staff.

The firm says its integrated project-delivery approach allows it to offer products and services at competitive prices.

Last month, ProservCrane finalised the installation of a freestanding runway system for a client, encompassing the full layout and assembly of the crane framework.

The newly completed system featured two distinct bays: one bay housed two 5t cranes, while the other was outfitted with a 5t crane and a 15t crane.
