Riekes Equipment has completed the installation of an overhead crane for an undisclosed client in Nebraska.

The new system is designed to manage heavy lifting and aims to improve workplace safety and operational efficiency.

The company, on LinkedIn, said: “Hard not to take a second look. Our team recently completed another overhead crane project in Nebraska. Built to lift heavy and support safer, more efficient operations.”

Established in 1936 in Omaha, Nebraska, Riekes Equipment has expanded from its original bottle recycling operations to provide a wide range of material handling and warehouse solutions.

The company’s offerings now include conveyors, hand trucks, lift trucks, cranes, docks, racking and consulting services related to warehouse efficiency.

It is recognised for its long-standing membership in the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association and has received industry awards over several decades.

Riekes Equipment delivers equipment and consulting services to help clients move or store goods as part of its commitment to providing solutions across various industries.

Recently, Riekes Equipment received the Most Valuable Partner (MVP) Award from the Material Handling Equipment Distributors Association (MHEDA) for 2025. This marked the sixteenth consecutive year that Riekes Equipment has earned this recognition since the award was established.

Fewer than 10% of MHEDA member organisations receive the MVP Award each year. The continued acknowledgement places Riekes Equipment among a select group within the material handling sector.
