Zelus Material Handling has completed the installation of a workstation crane at a client’s facility in Strathroy, Ontario.
The installation covers multiple bays and incorporates three motorised bridge cranes, each capable of lifting up to 1,000kg.
These cranes operate along a 90ft runway and are designed to provide precise material handling for the site.
The system utilises an enclosed track design and includes electric chain hoists in addition to ergonomic vacuum lifters with tilt capability.
This arrangement has been developed to support efficient production requirements and aims to address safety and strain concerns for operators during handling tasks.
The company said: “Another successful install complete in Strathroy, ON. Proud of the team for delivering and commissioning another solution built for performance.”
Zelus Material Handling is responsible for the design, manufacture, and servicing of a range of lifting equipment that includes overhead cranes, monorails, hoists and jib cranes for various industrial sectors.
