US-based overhead bridge cranes manufacturer Wazee Crane has delivered two 10-ton overhead bridge cranes to Rollon’s facility in the Midwest.
Both Wazee Crane and Rollon are part of Timken, which specialises in engineered bearings and power transmission products.
Wazee Crane supplied two top-running double-girder bridge cranes, featuring two 5-ton hoists each, and a 400-ft-long freestanding runway that supports daily operations.
The cranes ensure efficient handling of materials and enhance the manufacturing of linear components, actuators, and systems for industrial motion at Rollon’s site.
Wazee Crane, in a LinkedIn post, said: “Trusted across the Timken network, we support customers and affiliated companies in a shared solution to advance industrial manufacturing.”
Wazee Crane said its expertise in crane manufacturing is strengthened by nearly a century of experience and advanced technology.
The company designs and tests its products thoroughly, adhering to safety standards set by organisations such as CMAA, ASME, NEC, OSHA, MSHA, and ANSI.
With a focus on safety and durability, the company ensures that the cranes meet the rigorous demands of industrial environments.
The company offers a comprehensive range of hoists, including electric, manual, wire rope, chain, and lever-type, to complement its bridge cranes.
Wazee partners with brands like Yale/Shaw Box, R&M, Ace, Coffing, and CM to provide high-quality products that meet customer expectations for reliability and longevity.
Recently, Wazee Crane has installed crane runways and engineering solutions for a local glass manufacturer in the US.
The 3-ton overhead cranes are designed to optimise production efficiency within the facility.
