Acculift has completed the installation of two double-girder overhead crane systems at a manufacturing facility in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada.

The project involved the integration of 30t cranes equipped with electric wire rope hoists, each spanning 50ft across the facility.

The cranes carry a Class E duty rating, which supports operation in demanding industrial environments and is intended for long-term use.

The installed systems feature wireless controls and backup pendant options, providing alternatives for ongoing operation and enhancing site safety protocols.

Acculift, in a statement on LinkedIn, said: “This isn’t just a crane, it’s dependability, safety, and productivity in motion.”

In June this year, Acculift began installing ten 10t overhead cranes for a North Dakota customer as part of a major upgrade aimed at improving operational efficiency and facilitating long-term growth.

In July, Acculift provided a tailored overhead crane solution to Diemo Machine Works, a family-owned contract manufacturer, to improve safety and efficiency in their lifting and welding operations.

Acculift manages all stages of the project, delivering system design, equipment provision, and installation services.

The company also states that it offers after-installation support, including servicing, certified inspections, and operational training on lifting equipment as part of its S.I.T.E. programme.

Established in 1985, Acculift supplies lifting solutions to the manufacturing sector and reports continued involvement with clients throughout project planning, implementation, and post-installation support.
