Canada-based Fen Industrial has carried out the dismantling of an overhead crane runway beam system for an undisclosed client.
The beams, which previously supported a bridge crane that moved loads throughout the shop, were removed as part of a facility decommissioning project and in preparation for future use of the space.
Established in 2018, Fen Industrial is located in Brantford city of Ontario in Canada.
The company provides services related to machinery moving, decommissioning, rigging, installation of heavy equipment, and asset recovery.
It focuses on areas including electric automation, electrical power distribution, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
In a LinkedIn post, the company said: “Part of today’s decommission project — removing this overhead crane runway beam system.
“These beams once supported a bridge crane that ran the length of the shop, moving heavy loads with precision. Now it’s coming down piece by piece as the space gets prepped for its next chapter.”
Fen Industrial states that its decommissioning operations involve the removal of industrial machinery, assembly lines, full facilities, automation equipment, scrap metal, wire, cable, and electrical components.
The company emphasises safety and efficiency during projects to ensure minimal disruption to clients’ operations and schedules. The team at Fen Industrial reports over 15 years of experience in asset management and sales.
