US-based Noble Crane Service and Rigging has finalised the installation of a monorail beam system equipped with Harrington Hoists inside a confined plant space.

The project involved roof removal to facilitate access, as well as precise rigging and placement of equipment while normal operations continued within the facility.

The installed system enables maintenance teams to reach essential production machinery more quickly, supporting reduced downtime during necessary servicing.

The installation included two Harrington hoists, which were positioned to provide reliable lifting for plant maintenance needs.

Noble Crane Service and Rigging carried out the work in an environment with limited available space, employing coordinated rigging techniques to ensure the project proceeded without disruption to ongoing plant activities.

The company said: “Noble Crane Service and Rigging recently completed the installation of a monorail beam system with Harrington Hoists in a highly confined plant environment — all to give maintenance faster, safer access to critical production equipment when it matters most.”

Noble Crane Service and Rigging, established in 2023, operates as an independently owned company focusing on maintenance services for industrial overhead crane and rigging systems.

The company’s personnel have more than 40 years of combined experience in the field.

Based locally, Noble Crane Service and Rigging maintains adherence to occupational safety regulations and regularly invests in staff training and technology upgrades to support service standards within the industry.

Recently, the company completed the installation of a PWI brand freestanding crane system for a local maintenance facility.

The system provided an independent lifting solution that did not depend on the existing building structure for overhead support. This method enabled material handling operations without any modifications to the facility itself.
