Southeast Crane and Hoist (SECH) has completed the installation of a 10t crane at a client’s facility, following the recent addition of a 20t crane at the same location.

The client now operates a total of seven cranes from SECH, installed over several years.

SECH territory sales manager Jared Glass said: “In addition to the recent 20t crane installation, we have just completed a 10t crane installation at the same facility.

“We are truly grateful for our loyal customers who continue to choose Southeast Crane & Hoist for all their needs.”

Based in Alabama, SECH supplies overhead cranes, hoisting systems, monorails, and related services.

The company undertakes installation, load testing, maintenance, parts replacement, certification, and equipment modernisation throughout Alabama and neighbouring areas. Its team holds more than four decades of combined experience in the field.

Southeast Crane and Hoist is owned and managed by a family with technical training and practical expertise.

The company focuses on supporting material handling operations for various clients in the region.

In May 2025, SECH installed four overhead cranes at Tyler Union Foundry’s new facility in Anniston, Alabama.

The company provided the overhead lifting equipment for the new no-bake foundry, where casting occurred using chemical binders to bond moulding sand.

The cranes served various material handling operations connected to side floor moulding for lower volume and large castings.
