Superior Crane Corporation (SCC) has commenced the installation of 16 cranes and accompanying runways for a client, marking the beginning phase of a major project.

The SCC Service team began work on site and will continue with further installation activities in the coming period.

The project involves detailed coordination between service crews, production teams, and office staff to prepare the cranes and manage logistics.

The company said: “Huge shoutout to the SCC Service crew who’s been working non-stop on this 16-crane and runway installation. This massive project is just getting started, and we’re excited to share more photos as the install continues.

“A big thank you as well to our production team and internal office staff. Their hard work behind the scenes has been critical in getting these cranes ready and ensuring a smooth transition for our customer.”

Superior Crane manufactures and supplies a range of material handling equipment across the US. The company offers components such as hoists and other parts, as well as complete crane systems suitable for various capacities.

Its engineering division is responsible for custom design work, while manufacturing occurs in-house.

Superior Crane supplies products from several brands, including R&M, Columbus McKinnon, and Magnetek, and provides additional equipment required to complete crane systems.

Last month, Superior Crane completed the installation of 10t, top running double girder platform cranes for a client in the agriculture sector.

The equipment became operational after installation and was designed to meet the application requirements specified by the customer.

Superior Crane designed and manufactured these Class C cranes according to the client’s provided specifications.
