US-based Wazee Crane has installed 16 overhead bridge cranes, each with a 5t capacity, at a newly constructed industrial facility that produces generators and power-distribution equipment.

The unnamed client awarded the contract to Wazee Crane in November 2025 to provide overhead cranes designed for its new facilities.

The project aimed to facilitate heavy lifting throughout the manufacturing process, supporting areas such as production, assembly, and staging.

The equipment produced at the site is intended to help industrial operators respond to increasing demand for reliable power and to minimise downtime during outages.

Wazee Crane designed each installed crane for precise, consistent operation, optimised for handling large components within the facility.

The company worked in collaboration with CASPAR Building Systems throughout the process, handling both engineering and installation.

CASPAR Building Systems is committed to delivering high-quality projects on schedule and within budget, while meeting client requirements.

The company said: “Thank you to the entire Wazee crew and to CASPAR Building Systems, for this successful on-going collaboration throughout the project!”

Based in Broomfield, Colorado, Wazee Crane manufactures and supplies overhead bridge cranes and hoists throughout the Rocky Mountain region.

The company builds cranes with spans exceeding 100ft, using welded plate box girders, and operates a manufacturing facility equipped for both simple and complex projects.

Wazee Crane reports that its workforce includes AWS-certified welders and that it provides electrical services, maintenance, and parts supply.

According to the company, it manufactures all of its cranes at its Colorado facility and provides field services such as upgrades, inspections, load testing, and repairs.

Over several decades, the company has produced more than 5,000 cranes, built to standards set by the CMAA, NEC, OSHA, MSHA, and ASME.
