DGCRANE, also known as Xinxiang Degong Machinery Co., has completed the production, inspection, and export packing of a 2t BZD floor-mounted jib crane for a customer in the US.
The manufacturer, based in China’s Henan Province, confirmed that the crane is ready for shipment after a process completed on 20 August.
The client, described as a new customer in the US, initially approached DGCRANE in June with specific lifting needs.
In response, the company’s sales and engineering teams provided technical guidance and a crane configuration proposal.
DGCRANE said it remained in close contact with the customer throughout production, providing regular updates as the project progressed.
The manufactured product is a BZD floor-mounted jib crane with a lifting capacity of 2t.
Alongside the crane itself, the company coordinated a tailored packing and logistics plan, aiming to reduce shipping costs and lead times.
Packing information was made available to the client in advance to assist in coordinating with their freight forwarder for shipment arrangements.
The company said: “The customer was pleased with both the crane and the support provided throughout the project, and we’re happy to see this first cooperation move forward smoothly.”
DGCRANE said it emphasises understanding each application and supporting clients from the technical selection stage through to shipping.
The company, which operates from Changnao Industrial Park in Changyuan County, markets itself as a specialist in crane design and manufacturing.
DGCRANE holds several certifications, including ISO 9001:2000, CE, and SGS.
Established in China’s largest crane manufacturing base, DGCRANE reports that its products, including overhead cranes, trolley systems, and electric wire rope hoists, are exported worldwide.
Past export destinations include Russia, Uzbekistan, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Australia, Qatar, Tanzania, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Peru, Brazil, and Nigeria.
