AxFlow, a unit of Axel Johnson International, has acquired Jadler Industries, a Canadian company specialising in fluid handling systems and services.

The acquisition enhances AxFlow’s presence in North America and complements its previous expansions into Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

It strengthens AxFlow’s supplier relationships and opens new avenues for collaboration and knowledge-sharing and supports its long-term expansion goals.

Axel Johnson aims to grow in strategically important markets that offer cultural alignment and long-term potential, further solidifying its global footprint.

It is Axel Johnson’s second acquisition in Canada in recent times, aligning with its strategy for geographic expansion.

Founded in 1981 in Calgary, Alberta, Jadler Industries offers high-performance fluid handling products, engineered systems, and project management services.

Jadler serves customers across various industrial sectors, offering integrated systems, services, and spare parts.

Its product range includes sanitary equipment, industrial instrumentation, and remote monitoring solutions.

The company has a strong presence in the food and beverage and hygienic process industries, which contribute to around 50% of its total sales.
