US-based JAA’s Crane Service & Equipment has completed the installation of a 6t single-girder bridge crane at an industrial facility.
The project required the use of specialised rigging solutions and the coordination of heavy forklift supports and aerial lifts to position the crane onto the runway superstructure while the facility remained operational.
Installation took place at an operational industrial site, requiring careful planning to ensure safety and minimise disruption to ongoing activities.
According to the company, strict safety protocols and adherence to current standards were maintained throughout the project.
JAA’s Crane Service & Equipment owner Jaime Ahumada said: “Executing complex overhead crane installations within active industrial facilities requires precise rigging logistics and strict adherence to safety standards.
