Tri-State Overhead Crane (TSOC) has delivered three identical 15t top-running, double-girder bridge cranes to an undisclosed client.

Built to the same specifications, each crane has a 56ft span and a 26ft hook height.

All three units are equipped with R&M Materials Handling SX5061 double-girder electric wire rope hoists.

The SX5061 uses a six-rope fall configuration for double-girder bridge crane applications, offering high lifting capacity with low headroom.

Each crane is controlled via a Magnetek Flex EX radio remote system (with a spare transmitter) and includes an independently festooned eight-button backup pendant to ensure uninterrupted operation.

These systems allow operators to manage equipment tasks and loads with reliability and flexibility.

TSOC, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, has been manufacturing, supplying, and servicing overhead cranes and hoists since 1959.

The company operates from a 60,000ft² production facility and remains family-owned.

TSOC maintains a network of distributor partnerships for equipment supply and authorised repair services and serves as a Master Distributor for brands, including CM, Demag, Harrington, and Gorbel.

With a long-standing track record, the company delivers custom material-handling solutions across a wide range of industries.

Earlier this month, TSOC supplied six custom 5t under-running bridge cranes to a facility operating on a 740ft freestanding runway system.

The company shipped the cranes in three separate deliveries over the past few weeks.

Each unit is equipped with Detroit electric wire rope hoists and step-cut girders to support low-clearance use.
