US-based machinery manufacturing company Expert Crane has completed the construction and installation of a 2t top running single girder crane for an undisclosed client in Elyria, Ohio.
The installation took place on a recently built 60ft runway and an existing 2t crane system that the company had installed for the same client in July.
The client requested for an additional crane after experiencing increase in production.
The order was placed in August this year and installation was done in late October.
Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Expert Crane manufactures and services overhead cranes.
The company provides material handling solutions primarily for steel warehouses and other facilities with high usage requirements.
Its services include delivering custom-designed lifting equipment to meet specific operational needs, as well as supplying distributed and packaged products from a range of manufacturers for more standard tasks.
In July, the company installed a new 30ft 2t top running single girder kit crane on a standalone 50ft runway system for the same client.
Recently, Expert Crane finished the supply and installation of a crane and runway system for a client in the Valley City region, US.
The installation featured a free-standing runway measuring 290ft in length with a 10t capacity, accompanied by two top-running single girder cranes, each spanning 42ft and rated for 5t. Both cranes were equipped with R&M hoists and trolleys.
