US-based Crane 1 Services has completed the installation of two newly fabricated overhead cranes, which are now operational and set to support ongoing production activities.
The company managed all stages of the project, overseeing structural beam work through to final assembly to ensure precise execution.
The new overhead cranes were engineered with a focus on capacity and efficiency.
Crane 1 Services directly controlled the fabrication process, which enabled the team to address specific project requirements and maintain consistent standards throughout.
The company said: “Proud of the team who turns drawings into infrastructure.”
Crane 1 Services provides a range of solutions related to overhead cranes and hoists.
Crane 1 Services district development manager Kevin Cummings Jr said: “Absolutely amazing from start to finish.”
The company’s offering includes safety inspections, equipment assessments, scheduled preventive maintenance, and emergency breakdown response.
It also provides planned repairs, equipment upgrades, sales of parts and equipment, design and engineering services, evaluation of spare parts, and operator training programmes.
Crane 1 Services states that its operations aim to help organisations meet safety compliance regulations, increase facility uptime, and optimise investments in lifting equipment.
In December 2025, Crane 1 Services completed the installation of a 30t crane system and runway for an unnamed client.
The company stated that the project began with structured planning to meet client specifications, which included coordination of logistics, payment arrangements, labour allocation, and materials sourcing.
Fabrication occurred at the company’s manufacturing facility before Crane 1’s local branch team managed on-site assembly and commissioning.
The installation was delivered within the agreed timeframe. Crane 1 carried out the project as a full turnkey crane installation.
