Yuantai Crane has supplied a 16t double-girder bridge crane for an industrial application in Canada.

The equipment was delivered as part of a project that required the lifting of heavy loads across a wide working area.

The crane provided by Yuantai features a QDX double-girder structure and spans 20.65m. It has a rated lifting capacity of 16t and a lifting height of 4.48m.

The crane is classified as A5 working class, and it is equipped with an electric crab hoist.

This hoist is responsible for lifting and trolley travel along the bridge, enabling loads to be moved between different working positions.

The double-girder design is intended to offer a solid structure for use in demanding industrial lifting environments.

According to the company, this arrangement helps support the movement of heavy loads throughout a broad workspace.

Yuantai Crane was established in February 2012 and is part of Henan Dongqi Machinery, which began operations in 2006.

Its history traces back to Dongfeng Machinery, which was founded in 1984.

The manufacturer offers a range of products, including overhead cranes, gantry cranes, electric hoists, winches, and special-purpose cranes.

Yuantai Crane reports that its equipment can be customised to meet individual project requirements and that it sources principal components from European providers such as Siemens and Schneider Electric.

The business also highlights its experience in crane production and research and development activities.

In November 2025, Yuantai Crane supplied a 5t heavy-duty overhead crane for installation at a customer’s site in the US. The crane is fitted with an NR wire rope hoist, has a span of 31m, and offers a lifting height of 6m.

The company stated that the equipment includes audible and visual alarms, limit protection devices, and is classified as A5 working duty.
