Wisconsin-based Kenrich Industrial (KI) has completed the installation of a new jib crane as part of a broader, ongoing agreement with an undisclosed customer that operates multiple sites across the US.
The company has finalised ten similar installations for the same customer, with additional projects scheduled for the future at various US locations.
KI’s staff oversee the full process, managing everything from initial planning to equipment installation and subsequent support.
The new equipment aims to support the customer’s operational requirements for material handling at their facilities.
The company said: “From planning and coordination to installation and support, our team works closely with customers to ensure every solution is delivered safely, efficiently, and exactly to specification.
“We’re proud to be helping this customer improve productivity, safety, and material handling across their operations, and we’re just getting started.”
Kenrich Industrial, founded in 1953, originally supplied tools and repair equipment in the US.
Over time, the firm expanded its product range to include industrial tools and placed greater emphasis on solutions for handling materials, such as cranes, jib arms, and hoisting equipment.
The company also manages Electric Motor Service, Industrial Tool Products (ITP), and Marshfield Steel & Fabricating, expanding its presence in related industrial sectors.
In April, KI installed four crane systems, each capable of lifting 15t, for an undisclosed client.
The company performed full load tests on the installed cranes from the outset to confirm they comply with required operational standards and safety regulations.
The project involved joint efforts between staff from KI and ITP, who coordinated throughout the engineering, manufacturing, and servicing phases.
