Wisconsin-based Kenrich Industrial (KI) has completed the construction and installation of four crane systems, each with a lifting capacity of 15t, for an undisclosed client.
The company performed comprehensive load tests on the new infrastructure to ensure ongoing operational standards and safety compliance from the outset.
The project required collaboration across multiple teams. Employees from both Kenrich and Industrial Tool Products (ITP) collaborated throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating engineering, production, and service activities.
Service personnel from both companies were present on site throughout the process, overseeing the transition from workshop fabrication to final implementation.
The new crane systems have now commenced operation at the client’s facility.
KI reports that the customer received the equipment in working order and as specified.
The company said: “From shop floor to final install, both service teams were on-site making sure every detail landed exactly where it needed to.
“The outcome, a fully operational system, a satisfied customer, and another example of what happens when collaboration meets capability.”
Kenrich Industrial began in 1953 as a distributor of tools and repair equipment and has grown to become a major supplier of industrial tools in the US.
In recent years, the company has increased its focus on material handling solutions, including the assembly, manufacturing, and distribution of cranes, jib arms, and hoisting equipment.
The company also owns Electric Motor Service, ITP, and Marshfield Steel & Fabricating, further diversifying its operations.
Earlier this month, KI completed installation and commissioning of a bridge crane system at a client’s site. The system entered operational use following final testing and verification.
The project covered all stages from design to operation, progressing through engineering drawings, component procurement, fabrication, and on-site assembly.
