Street Crane US has completed the installation of a crane system at NASA’s Stennis Space Center, in a project involving the company Core Lifting, based in Broussard, Louisiana.
The project required coordination between engineering and installation teams, with a focus on precision, reliability, safety, and collaboration, according to the companies involved.
The installed crane system is designed to meet the operational needs of the Stennis Space Center, which supports aerospace programmes.
Street Crane US supplied the crane equipment, while Core Lifting handled the installation process.
Those involved with the project highlighted the importance of experienced engineering and skilled installation, stating that the result demonstrates a combination of quality equipment with technical expertise.

Street Crane US is the North American branch of the Street Crane group. The company, which manufactures hoists and crane components, retains responsibility for the design and engineering of its equipment through in-house processes.
The firm distributes its equipment via a selected group of authorised dealers instead of broad commercial sales. This approach is intended to support dealer competitiveness and minimise direct competition among distributors.
All equipment branded under Street Crane is engineered for industrial applications, with the company citing reliability and the ease of servicing as priorities in its product development.
In March, Street Crane US was in the final stages of relocating its operations from Charleston to Greenville, South Carolina.
