Crane 1 Services has supplied a newly manufactured 20t double girder overhead bridge crane to a production facility in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
The crane, specified with a 56ft span and a 33ft lift height, incorporates a CM wire rope hoist and Magnetek VFD-controlled hoist, trolley, and bridge motions.
Operators will manage the equipment using a radio remote system intended to support production activities.
Crane 1 Services is responsible for the engineering, fabrication, installation, and certified load testing of the system.
The company delivers end-to-end support for overhead cranes and hoists, including maintenance, inspections, and emergency repairs, with a focus on reliability and compliance with safety regulations. Installation is currently underway, and additional updates are expected as the project progresses.
