US-based overhead crane and hoist manufacturer Crane 1 Services has completed the construction and sale of its first overhead crane at its new branch in Birmingham, Alabama.
The project represents the first delivery from this location. The company representatives said the milestone reflects a collaborative effort across the sales, engineering, operations, and field teams.
The Birmingham site launched the project by building client relationships, designing solutions tailored to specific requirements, and completing all installation work.

Crane 1 Services plans to expand its activities in Birmingham, offering both crane construction and full-service support.
The company expects further projects and business partnerships as the new branch increases its output.

In February, Crane 1 Services installed two new overhead cranes for an unnamed client that are now in use to assist with current production operations.
The company oversaw every stage of the project, from structural beam installation through final assembly.
Designed to meet required capacity and improve operational efficiency, the cranes were built under the firm’s direct supervision of the fabrication process, ensuring the team met exact specifications and maintained consistent build standards.
